Service Delivery:
- Upon confirmation of your order or contract, our team will begin fulfilling the agreed-upon services based on the timeline and scope outlined in the proposal or contract.
- Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project, specific deliverables, and the responsiveness of the client to requests for information or feedback.
- All deliverables will be provided digitally unless otherwise agreed upon. Access to platforms, tools, and reports will be shared via email or through a project management system such as Notion.
Changes to Scope
- Any changes to the original project scope, after the contract has been signed, may result in additional fees and a revised timeline. Uyo Digital Marketing will notify the client of any such changes and seek approval before proceeding.
Client Responsibilities:
- Timely communication and provision of necessary information or feedback are essential to ensure project deadlines are met.
- The client is responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within the specified timeframes. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays.
Refund Policy
At Uyo Digital Marketing, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver exceptional service. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for services and decide to cancel before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees or upfront costs incurred.
- After Service Commencement: Once work has begun on a project or service, refunds will not be available. However, we are committed to working with you to address any concerns or issues that arise during the project to ensure satisfactory results.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Any completed work or services already rendered are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions or recurring monthly services, such as ongoing SEO, social media management, or content creation, are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Clients may cancel future recurring charges by providing a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
Dispute Resolution:
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us directly at info@uyodigitalmarketing.com, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to mediation or arbitration, as per the terms outlined in the contract.
Cancellation Policy:
- Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email to info@uyodigitalmarketing.com.
- Cancellations will take effect within 30 days of receipt of the notice for any ongoing services.
